U.S. Representative Anna Paulina Luna Speaks on Evidence of “Interdimensional Beings”

By Fernanda Pires

During a recent appearance on The Joe Rogan Experience, U.S. Representative Anna Paulina Luna shared her perspective on Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAPs) and what she describes as credible indications of “interdimensional beings” capable of moving “out of time and space.”

Luna, who represents Florida’s 13th congressional district and chairs the House Oversight Task Force on the declassification of federal secrets, said that her position in Congress, combined with her previous service in the U.S. Air Force, has given her access to information that shapes her conclusions. While she acknowledged she has not personally witnessed a craft or an interdimensional event, Luna stated that photographic evidence and historical records she has reviewed convince her that some aerial objects are not of human origin.

“Have I seen photographic documentation of aircraft that I believe were not made by mankind? Yes,” Luna told Rogan. “Is there historical significance to this? Absolutely. Based on the photos I’ve seen, I am very confident there are things out there not created by mankind.”

“Out of Time and Space” Phenomena

Luna described certain UAPs as “energy-based” and suggested they may operate in ways that transcend our conventional understanding of space-time. According to her, this idea is not a personal theory, but is informed by observations and briefings she has received in her role.

She is also a member of the Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena Caucus, which focuses on legislative oversight and transparency regarding UAP-related data.

Linking to Whistleblower Testimony

Luna referenced the testimony of former U.S. Air Force intelligence officer David Grusch, who in a 2023 congressional hearing alleged the existence of a secretive government program tasked with retrieving non-human craft.

“When you talk about the interdimensional aspect—something existing beyond what we currently know as our dimension—it can sound far-fetched,” Luna admitted. “But my job as an investigator is to gather all available information and make sense of it.”

Public Interest and Transparency

Her comments add to a growing body of public statements from political and military figures supporting the call for greater transparency on the UAP topic. Whether viewed as advanced technology, interdimensional visitors, or a phenomenon not yet understood by science, Luna’s testimony underscores the importance of open discussion and continued investigation into one of humanity’s most enduring mysteries.
